On Sunday, October 4, 2026, we will be participating in the “Vegan Gourmet Festival Tokyo Autumn 2026,” held at the Kiba Park Event Plaza in Koto City, Tokyo.

On the day of the event, we will be serving our “Vegan Shiso Gyoza,” which is certified vegan by NPO VegeProject Japan.

This is a dish we hope everyone will have the opportunity to try—not only those who follow a vegan lifestyle, but also those who don’t often have the chance to enjoy vegan cuisine.

[What Is the Vegan Gourmet Festival?]

The Vegan Gourmet Festival is a food festival centered around VEGAN cuisine and organized by the Japan Plant-Based Market Association.

The festival began in Nagoya in 2011 and is now held in Tokyo, Nagoya, and Kyoto in both spring and autumn. It has become one of Japan’s largest vegan festivals, bringing together a wide variety of vegan food from across the country.

Under the theme “FUTURE IS VEGAN,” the festival aims to make the vegan lifestyle more familiar through food and, above all, to give everyone the opportunity to experience VEGAN cuisine in a casual and enjoyable way.

In addition to vendors from across Japan, the Tokyo event also features vegan food from other parts of Asia, including Taiwan and South Korea.

Another distinctive feature of the festival is that all participating vendors are required to display ingredient information.

It is an event where visitors can discover a wide range of food choices and enjoy trying something new in a fun and welcoming atmosphere.

Our featured product at the event is “Vegan Shiso Gyoza.”

Made without any animal-derived ingredients such as meat or fish, these vegan gyoza are made with vegetables such as cabbage, lotus root, bamboo shoots, yam, shiitake mushrooms, and ginger, along with soybeans, glass noodles, non-glutinous rice, and other ingredients.

Additionally, we use shiso leaves grown in the Boso region of Chiba, creating gyoza with a rich and refreshing flavor.

We combine the savory flavor of vegetables with the rich aromas of shiso, miso, and sesame oil, creating satisfying gyoza that deliver the hearty texture and eating experience you expect from gyoza.

The fact that these gyoza are certified vegan by NPO VegeProject Japan is another point that makes them a reassuring choice.

We hope you’ll give these gyoza a try—

not only if you follow a vegan lifestyle, but also if you’ve ever wondered,

“What does vegan food taste like?”

“I’d like to try gyoza that’s a little different from what I usually have.”

Come and enjoy our gyoza alongside the many different VEGAN foods from across Japan at Kiba Park in Tokyo.
