Production Process
1. Cabbage is washed, cut, and dehydrated, while the meat is minced using the optimal cuts and ratios for gyoza.

3. Gyoza wrappers are made using our proprietary flour blend.
4. The filling is wrapped in the dough, and the finished gyoza are arranged on trays.
5. Gyoza with irregular shapes or excessive filling are inspected and removed by hand and eye.
