About SHOWA

At SHOWA, we are driven by our belief in “delivering smiles through gyoza.” At our own factory in Chiba, we manage every step of production in-house—from carefully selecting ingredients to final manufacturing. We use only fresh ingredients sourced from trusted suppliers, and produce our gyoza in a hygienic environment with well-equipped facilities and meticulous attention to detail. By combining consistent quality trusted by food professionals with ease of use, we help reduce preparation time while bringing delicious moments to more people. We will continue to craft gyoza that deliver both quality and peace of mind.

In addition to our original ready-to-use gyoza, we have developed numerous custom products through OEM production—carefully working with chefs on everything from ingredient selection to seasoning.
